RETURNS POLICIES

 

  • To seek a refund for your item, customers are required to submit a return request through the on site returns portal and ship it back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.

  • Please ensure your completed returns card is enclosed in your return; we are unable to take responsibility for orders that missing this information to be identified and processed.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend all customers to use a tracked service. We are unable to accept returns that are lost and cannot accept responsibility for items that are not trackable.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns will be thoroughly inspected and will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing any signs of wear (including exposure to makeup, dirt/dust, pet hair, tan, sweat, any body odour or deodorant).

  • All orders are issued intact with return tags, if these tags are removed, the item is ineligible for a return.

  • Once your item has passed our returns inspection, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Once your return has been recieved, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.

  • Orders seeking a refund are subject to a restocking fee (UK £5.95, ROW $5.95)

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

 

  • Please note that purchases made using Afterpay are not eligible for a refund.  
  • Returns with AfterPay are issued in the form of store credit or an exchange.

  • To request an exchange, customers must submit a return request via our online returns portal and ensure the item is shipped back to Tokyo Foxtrot within 10 days of delivery.
    Both the return request and dispatch of the item must be completed by the 10th day following delivery.

     

  • Please ensure your completed returns card is enclosed with your return. We are unable to accept responsibility for returns that cannot be identified or processed due to missing information.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition: new, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • All returns are thoroughly inspected. Items will not be accepted if they show any signs of wear, including but not limited to dirt or dust, pet hair, makeup, tan, sweat, deodorant, or body odour.
  • All orders are dispatched with tags attached. If tags have been removed, the item is not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will dispatch your exchange subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

DEFECTS

 

  • In the unusual situation that the item you recieve is defective, damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us immediately at info@tokyofoxtrot.com; we will be happy to correct it for you.

EXCEPTIONS/NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for a refund and may be returned for exchange or store credit only, where applicable.

  • To ensure transparency, customers are shown a clear notice at checkout and are required to confirm their acknowledgement of these conditions before completing their purchase.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be received and processed by our team.

  • Once your return has been inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

     

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary by bank or payment provider, and it may take several additional business days for funds to appear in your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@tokyofoxtrot.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

customs, duties and taxes

 

  • To minimise delays and unexpected fees, Tokyo Foxtrot dispatches orders locally from warehouses in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States whenever possible. Orders shipped domestically within these regions do not incur import duties or customs taxes.
  • If your delivery address is outside these countries, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of Tokyo Foxtrot’s control — we do not collect or profit from them.
  • If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned or destroyed, any original shipping costs and return or disposal fees will be deducted from your refund (where eligible).
  • If you’re unsure whether duties may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office prior to purchasing.
